The Fébéo butcher shop is located in Montpellier's fine arts district, founded by a good meat lover and animal production expert.
It proposes, among other things:
purebred beef Aubrac AOC Fin Gras from The Mézenc matured 3 to 4 weeks.
pork raised 10 months in Cantal chestnut groves (fresh pork and cold meats).
Duck Gras raised outdoors by Jean François Panem in Chappes in the Puy-de-Dôme.
of the Lamb raised under the mother in the Aveyron by the Gaec Galan.
Languedoc Red Label Volaille raised in Autignac in Herat
from the Outdoor Volaille bred 150j to Cruéjouls in the Aveyron by Florian Boubal
It works exclusively in short circuit and offers meats of rustic breeds. The animals are raised outdoors in the department of Herat or the Massif Central, without GMOs and without antibiotics while respecting animal welfare, the environment and the breeder.
Obviously it's still a butcher's shop, but for a butcher's shop it's hard to go further ;)
