A 100% happiness vegan burger restaurant that just opened in Paris (sept 28. 2018), mounted by 2 vegans who were too afraid of not being able to enjoy a good burger: purpose provide real dishes of street food and comfort-food but vegan version.
In addition to being 100% vegan, the dishes are made the more possible with organic and/or local products and the plant world, 100% compostable or recyclable packaging.
More specifically:-sauces, fries, cobblestones of seitan, breaded soy and vegetables are prepared on site daily.
