This gourmet restaurant is believed hyper local products. Difficult to do better than here, since almost all of the herbs, fruits and vegetables are grown on site (more than 70 varieties) and to value with a total immersion, the meal takes place directly in the greenhouse.
You can even visit the greenhouse before you sit down to dinner. A unique experience can also dine at the chef's table, directly in the kitchen.

NB: all products come not directly from the greenhouse to the restaurant, a part also from the land they own just 10 km from Amsterdam and a portion also comes from local producers, which you can find the list on the site.
