I particularly enjoyed the vegetarian plate carried out different accompaniments of others-based dishes and has nothing to envy them - and more it changes according to the inspiration.
FIGHT AGAINST FOOD WASTE

-Very attentive to the waste he has managed to set up a system with almost zero loss and almost always offers a doggy-bag and/or to take his bottle of wine
However, unfortunately not to practice the sort of organic waste, mainly due to the lack of infrastructure dedicated in the city.
