Here they use biomass as a source of energy for the production of hot water and heating. According to their measure they would reduce their Co2 emissions of 99 kg per year.
They also somehow reduce their waste and do the sorting.
They train and sensitize their staff, especially for energy savings and the rational use of water.
They use LED lights and have set up solar panels.
