Keemala is a resort nestled in the hills of the Phuket Island, in the middle of lush forests. Keemala offers four types of accommodation, cottages or villas, luxuriously equipped with private pool, monsoon shower, outdoor shower, bath, terrace and outside relaxation areas.
Keemala also has four restaurants offering cuisine from healthy products, partly from the garden and a spa with eight treatment rooms.
RESOURCES: WATER & ENERGY
A natural water treatment system to reuse gray water to the plantations of the Resort.
Buildings were made with a lot of glass in order to limit the need for use of electric light.
In order to limit deforestation, construction was made possible in part with materials synthetic ecofriendly. The resort has been designed taking into account ecosystems, trees, soil and water sources have been preserved in their original state or with minimal changes. No building is built on several floors in order not to upset the natural landscape.
Keemala uses its own organic compost for his garden and his organic vegetable garden which includes herbs, vegetables and fruits.
