In this farm-inn, you will find a unique dish that changes depending on the season and the ripeness of fruits and vegetables.
The whole farm is organic and almost self-sufficient:
- Chef Fred Ménager has decided to raise on site the animals that will give him meat, respecting animal welfare.
Fruits, vegetables and herbs are almost all grown on site, without the use of chemicals in the chef's vegetable garden.
The rest of the products useful for cooking come from local producers, all engaged in the same organic approach.
