Located above a small hamlet overlooking the sea, this cottage is housed in the outbuildings of a 19Th century American House. The view extends along the West coast of the Cape and encompasses the sea and the highest peaks of Central Corsica. A very quiet place in the midst of wild nature, ideal for a quiet holiday.
From here you can discover the authentic Corsican life and enjoy advice on themed tours off the beaten path like discovering wild and edible plants of the Maquis. So many occupations that give pretext to discussions about a friendly meal. The sense of conviviality and sharing brought me to create a cultural association, you are the first guests of course.
The gîte can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists on the ground floor of a living room with fitted kitchen and bathroom and the first of a mansard bedroom with two double beds.
Organic farmers in the vicinity of the cottage put their vegetables for sale and an ecocitizen network offers, in one click, once a week complementary products...
WATER and waste management
The precious water from my source is reasonably levied. The use of biodegradable products helps to preserve the environment (as well as the septic tank). Of course the selective sorting is done and the kitchen waste goes into my compost.
