Managers have made the fight against food waste their concept. They are aware to the customers that every gram at a cost and so better not waste it.
Moreover, as it is a buffet each recipe and every product used, are studied so that there was nothing at the weekend.
The small tip for nothing waste: from 15: 00 to 18: 00 you can enjoy products as from the deli but at-5% (but it is same everyday not so much the quantity are well-studied).
This one little add choices of seasonal products, which does not hurt :D
However no sorting of organic waste, but considering the quantity, we can't say much (it is better to eat all that compost!)
