Responsible stance
The girls offer local and seasonal products. Meat and dairy products come from reasoned or even organic farms. The fish is, as much as possible caught by the line, and always coming from sustainable stocks.
They use small producers and their suppliers are chosen because they offer high quality products, traditional production methods and fair trade.
